In an increasingly chaotic and busy world, it can feel difficult to find time to stop, pause and reflect. At the same time, more and more people are feeling stressed, anxious and over-loaded.

The Christian tradition has a wealth of resources and practices which have helped people navigate through life. In the links below, we give an introduction to some of these.
