Sunday 26th Feb
We're looking forward to seeing you tomorrow at 10.30am as we gather to worship. As this is the first Sunday of Lent, we'll be beginning a new series focussing on Jesus' words on the cross.
You're welcome to join us at the chapel or on Zoom. Please get in touch for the Zoom details.

Lunch
Don't forget that everyone who'd like to is welcome to stay around after the service to have some lunch together.
This will be very informal. Feel free to bring something for yourself to eat, something to add to the table, or a bit of both!

World Day of Prayer
This year's service for the World Day of Prayer will be held at 2pm on Friday 3rd March at t. Peter's Church.
Everyone is very welcome to come. For more info about the World Day of Prayer and this year's theme, please click here.

Lent Course
There is no Partnership Lent course this year. However, St. Peter's Church would like to invite everyone to four sessions they are running looking at Richard Rohr's book 'The Universal Christ.' Fr. Richard comes from a radical Mystical and contemplative school of catholic theology in the same vein and stable as Julian of Norwich, William Blake and Thomas Merton and while you don’t need to have necessarily read the book, it would give a solid background to the course.
The sessions will start at 7pm in the Peter Hall, on the following dates:
- Tuesday 14th March – The four worldviews
- Wednesay 22nd March – Spiritual transformation.
- Tuesday 28th March – Christ is everywhere
- Wednesday 5th April – Contemplation

BMS World Mission
Please join us in prayer for Ukraine.
- As we mark the anniversary of the escalated invasion of Ukraine, pray for Ukraine and all the changes it has seen since then. Pray that there will be recovery and restoration for those grieving.
- Pray for Ukrainian congregations meeting across the world. Pray they will know God’s presence and peace in the midst of trauma. We praise God for the welcome they have given to those fleeing their homes.
- Pray for the Ukrainian Baptist Union whose churches have been responding to the crisis but also continuing ongoing ministry work. Praise God for their faithfulness.
