On Sunday we’re meeting to worship as normal, and we’d love to see you there!

Sunday Club will be carrying on with their journey through the life of Jesus, and this week will be thinking about Jesus’ time in the desert.

The next ecumenical prayer vigil for peace in the Middle East is coming up in a couple of weeks. Everyone is very welcome.

Throughout Lent this year we're going to be using some resources from 24-7 Prayer to journey with, and learn from, the spirituality and prayers of the desert fathers and mothers. You can join in three ways:

• Each week our morning services will include teaching and reflection drawing from the material.
• There will be ecumenical Lent Groups running at the chapel every Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon. These will include short videos plus space for reflection and discussion. Our home groups will be pausing their usual meetings to join these groups instead, but we’d encourage you to come along even if you aren’t normally part of a home group.
• The daily prayers and reflections from the Lectio 365 app will follow the same theme, and will help you pray and keep engaging with the material in your own time. The app can be downloaded for free from lectio365.com.

All this will kick off from Sun 15th Feb until Easter. However, we wanted to give you plenty of notice so that you can get the groups etc. in your diaries!

In the parable of the talents in Matthew 25, the emphasis is not only on being good stewards of the resources we’ve been given, but also on using those resources to generate more. BMS World Mission’s finance strategy guides us in the way we strive to do this.
