Sun 16th Feb
On Sunday we’ll be gathering to worship at 10.30am at the chapel and online as usual. We’ll be focussing on Philippians 2:12-30, as well as sharing around the communion table together.

World Day of Prayer
This year’s service for the World Day of Prayer will take place at 2pm on Fri 7th March at our chapel. This year’s theme is ‘I made you wonderful,’ based on Psalm 139.
All are welcome to join us, so please come if you can.

Church Meeting
Our next church meeting will be held after the morning service on Sunday 23rd March. We’ll have some lunch together (please bring something to add to the table) and spend some time praying and listening to God.
Everyone is welcome, so please put the date in your diaries.

BMS World Mission
Thanks to your sacrificial giving and prayers, BMS’ partners were able to respond courageously to disasters throughout 2024. Responses included providing emergency shelter, food and healthcare — mostly through local churches in disaster-affected communities.
- BMS’ partner in Nepal, Human Development and Community Services, provides preparedness training for communities that are vulnerable to disasters. We pray for the resilience of communities to grow and be sustained.
- BMS’ South Asian partners recently participated in a disaster response and preparedness learning forum in Nepal. Pray for greater collaboration with partners around the world.
- BMS mission worker Laura-Lee Lovering provides training on disaster resilience for communities in Peru. Pray that communities will know how to prepare for and respond to disasters

Giving
A massive thank you to everyone who gives regularly to support the church. We only survive through your generosity, so it is much appreciated!
If you'd like to give, there is an offering bag available in the chapel each week. If you'd rather give by standing order or another regular payment, there's lots of information on the church website here.
Alternatively, you can now give by text message:
- To donate £5, text BSBC to 70970
- To donate £10, text BSBC to 70191
We also have gift aid forms available which will help us to claim back an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you.
If you'd like any more information please speak to our treasurer, Liz.
