Sunday 7th April

As we continue to celebrate Easter we'll be meeting at 10.30am at the chapel and online as usual to worship together. As part of the service we'll be gathering around the communion table together. Sunday Club will be running for the children.

We hope to see you there!

Sponsored Walk & Coffee Morning

Dilia is busy organising some fundraising activities for her charity providing support for unpaid caregivers in Colombia.

  • Throughout May she'll be completing the Jesus Trail Virtual Challenge - aiming to cover the same distance as Jesus travelled between Nazareth and Capernaum. She'd love it if others could join her or be able to sponsor some money.
  • On Tuesday 16th April she'll be hosting a coffee morning from 10.15am-12.15pm at Victoria Road Baptist Church in Exmouth. If you are able to help by baking some cakes or biscuits, please let Dilia know.

BMS World Mission

Many people in Cambodia welcome the message and messengers of Jesus Christ. Please pray that BMS World Mission's efforts and collaboration with our partners will lead to churches being planted, people becoming disciples of Christ and the gospel being preached in the power of the Holy Spirit.

  • Praise God that Cambodia is open to receive skilled mission workers. Pray that we can recruit the right people to be trained and sent to work with BMS partner the Baptist Church of Mizoram.
  • Give thanks for BMS-supported English classes providing free tuition to more than 40 children in rural Cambodia.
  • Pray that the children and their families will experience God’s love.
  • Praise God for the visionary leadership of mission worker Pastor J. Pray for protection for his family and for Baptist Church of Mizoram mission worker Kimi and ask that their ministries will raise up male and female evangelists.
