Sun 12th Jan
Tomorrow we've got our first Splash! service of the year. We'll once again be thinking about the story of the Magi, and using them to help us think about following Jesus this year.
All are welcome - the service will be at the chapel and online from 10.30am as usual.

BMS World Mission
Our prayer is that people who’ve never heard the gospel would experience the abundant life that Jesus alone provides. BMS is committed to training disciple makers who share the gospel within their own cultures and contexts. Please pray with us this week as we focus on our Heart for the Gospel.
- Thank God for the new mission centre in Wang Daeng in Thailand. Pray that this will be a centre of hope for young people. Pray that 100 new disciple makers would be trained and sent.
- BMS partner the Thailand Karen Baptist Convention is seeking to expand its disciple-making programme. Pray for resources to recruit, train and send new workers to new places.
- The Lord has opened a new door for BMS to work in Mongolia. Pray for the successful training of 100 disciple makers who will preach the gospel and plant churches.
Giving
A massive thank you to everyone who gives regularly to support the church. We only survive through your generosity, so it is much appreciated!
If you'd like to give, there is an offering bag available in the chapel each week. If you'd rather give by standing order or another regular payment, there's lots of information on the church website here.
Alternatively, you can now give by text message:
- To donate £5, text BSBC to 70970
- To donate £10, text BSBC to 70191
We also have gift aid forms available which will help us to claim back an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you.
If you'd like any more information please speak to our treasurer, Liz.
