Sun 2nd Feb
On Sunday we’ll be gathering to worship at 10.30am at the chapel and online as usual. We’ll be focussing on Philippians 2:1-11, as well as sharing around the communion table together.

World Day of Prayer
This year’s service for the World Day of Prayer will take place at 2pm on Fri 7th March at our chapel. This year’s theme is ‘I made you wonderful,’ based on Psalm 139.
All are welcome to join us, so please come if you can.
BMS World Mission
BMS recognises that God gives people different skills and calls us to be a blessing to the nations, wherever we are based and whatever our culture. This week we pray for people in mission, people who serve organisations, hubs and networks, and programmatic and support staff.
- Pray for the People Pool — a new mechanism to enable people to provide short-term, targeted support to organisations, hubs and networks. Pray for the increased sharing of skills across the Majority Church.
- Pray for the Mission Personnel Operations and HR teams at BMS as they lead and support the recruitment of people serving in mission and of support staff.
- Praise God for people who recently started serving in mission and who joined our workforce. Pray that they will thrive where they serve and play their part in being a blessing to the nations.
Giving
A massive thank you to everyone who gives regularly to support the church. We only survive through your generosity, so it is much appreciated!
If you'd like to give, there is an offering bag available in the chapel each week. If you'd rather give by standing order or another regular payment, there's lots of information on the church website here.
Alternatively, you can now give by text message:
- To donate £5, text BSBC to 70970
- To donate £10, text BSBC to 70191
We also have gift aid forms available which will help us to claim back an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you.
If you'd like any more information please speak to our treasurer, Liz.
