Sunday 1st December

We'll also be finishing our series in the book of Revelation. You can catch up on the Revelation series so far by clicking here or the image below.

Booking is now open for our Christmas Lunch, which will be held on Sat 14th December at the Saddler's Arms, Lympstone.
You can sign up on the sheet at the chapel, or get in touch if you'd like to know the menu choices.

Mulled Wine & Mince Pies
On Thurs 12th December from 5-7pm Dilia's Charity, The Caregiver's Support Trust, will be hosting a mince pies and mulled wine evening at the Salt Cellars in Greenway Lane.
This is a great opportunity to help raise money for this special charity, so please join us if you can!

Carols @ Bay Court
On Tues 17th December from 1.30pm-2.30pm we'll be singing carols and chatting to the residents at Bay Court Nursing Home.
It would be great if we could get a big group together to help with the singing, so please come if you can.

Kings Gambit Christmas Social
On Thurs 18th December from 11.45am-2pm the King's Gambit men are getting together for a Christmas social at Ron and Wendy's flat in Sidmouth.
This is open to all men, even if you've not joined the group before. There'll be chat and Christmas puzzles, and you just need to bring your own food. For more info please get in touch.

BMS World Mission
This week, BMS and our partner in Uganda, JLH, are taking part in 16 Days of Activism against gender-based violence. Join us in praying for an end to violence against women across the world.
— Pray that the victims of gender-based violence whose cases are in court will be granted a fair hearing and justice in a timely manner. Pray also for the rehabilitation of the perpetrators to normal life in society.
— Pray for the courage to speak out against violence, and for the work to change the systems that allow it to continue.
— Pray that God will enable JLH to play a crucial part in eliminating, preventing and combating gender-based violence in the communities they work in.

Giving
A massive thank you to everyone who gives regularly to support the church. We only survive through your generosity, so it is much appreciated!
If you'd like to give, there is an offering bag available in the chapel each week. If you'd rather give by standing order or another regular payment, there's lots of information on the church website here.
Alternatively, you can now give by text message:
- To donate £5, text BSBC to 70970
- To donate £10, text BSBC to 70191
We also have gift aid forms available which will help us to claim back an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you.
If you'd like any more information please speak to our treasurer, Liz.
