This month we're going to be celebrating the Women's Rugby World Cup, and thinking about what it means to be on God's team together.
Everyone is welcome - whatever your age!
Annual Church Meeting & Lunch
On Sun 21st Sep we're going to be holding our annual church meeting and lunch.
This is an important time to look back at God's faithfulness over the last year and discern his mind for the coming year, as well as to fulfil some of our legal obligations as a charity.
The meeting will take place after the morning service, and everyone is welcome to join us.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
On Tues 23rd Sep we're going to be hosting a Macmillan Coffee morning from 10.30am-12.30pm at the chapel.
Come and have a drink and some home-made cakes, and help us raise money for this fantastic cause!
Bay Court Harvest Service
On Friday 26th September at 1.30pm we’re going to be visiting Bay Court Nursing Home to hold a harvest service with the residents.
If anyone is able to give up an hour or so to come and sing and chat with the residents it would be very much appreciated.
Budleigh Civic Service
This year’s town civic service will be held on Sun 28th Sept at 3pm at St Peter’s C of E Church. The service is being hosted by the town mayor, and is an opportunity to celebrate the many different ways in which people serve and show kindness throughout our community.
Everyone is invited. If you’d like to stay for refreshments afterwards, please fill in the form at this link and return it to the council offices at the email address given.
The Meeting Place
Starting on Tues 30th September, we're going to be hosting a weekly drop-in at the chapel.
We'll be serving hot drinks and home-made cakes, and there'll be a chance to meet new people, chat, play games and more.
Everyone is very welcome, so do pop in and see us!
