Earlier today we gathered in the Venture Hall for a special service to celebrate harvest and think about the Syrian refugee crisis.
During the service we gave thanks for our recent collection for refugees, and also saw some of what BMS World Mission are doing to help families in need. At the end, we wrote prayers which were released in helium balloons. Afterwards we enjoyed a bring and share lunch together.
Many thanks to everyone who came and made it such an enjoyable time, and all who helped in some way to make it happen!
