As a Baptist church we are financially independent, which means that all the money needed for the day to day life of the church comes from within the church itself. We rely completely on the generous giving of those who are part of our church family.
COVID has hit our monthly income hard, so any gifts you are able to make would be very much appreciated.
For more information about different ways in which you can give, some of the things your money will be used for, and how you can use Gift Aid to increase the amount the church receives at no extra cost to you, please read our leaflet 'A Guide to Giving'.
If you have further questions or would like more information, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
You can donate to the church via text message.*
- To donate £5, text BSBC to 70970
- To donate £10, text BSBC to 70191
Gifts made by standing order help us to budget and plan expenditure a bit more carefully. To set up a standing order, simply download the form below.
If you are not already registered for Gift Aid with the church, please also consider if this is something you can do. Gift Aid enables us to claim back an extra 25% of the amount you give at no extra cost to you.
Supporting Vulnerable Families
Launchpad is a local charity based at Seachange (formerly the Budleigh Health & Wellbeing Hub). They have been asked to help provide meals for local families who might struggle to feed their children over the holidays.
As a church we want to support them in this, and so have set up this special fund to enable people to give. We have committed to give at least £250, but would love to raise more if possible.
If you'd like to make a donation, you can give online by clicking here, or put some cash or a cheque in a clearly marked envelope and put it in the offering on a Sunday morning.
* Fundraising, payments and donations will be processed and administered by the National Funding Scheme, operating as DONATE, a charity registered in England and Wales (1149800) and Scotland (SC045106). In addition to any text donation, you will incur your standard network message charge (based on your service provider rates). For Terms & Conditions, see www.easydonate.org
