When are our services?
Our morning worship services are at 10.30am every Sunday morning, usually at our chapel in Little Knowle.
Our regular worship is an informal and friendly time which contains a mix of different things. There's always some sort of sung worship - using a range of traditional and more contemporary songs. There's often a time of sharing and praying together. We think it's vital to read the Bible together and learn from God's Word. We always incorporate prayers into our service - praying on different weeks for individuals, our church, our community and our world. Finally, we share communion together at least once a month (usually the first Sunday).
Song & hymn words are projected onto a screen at the front, but there are also large print copies of the words available for those who struggle to see the screen. We'll explain everything that is going to happen, so don't worry that you won't know what to do. The church has a hearing aid loop system to help those who are hard of hearing.
After the service many of us stay around for a tea or coffee and a chance to chat. This is a great opportunity to get to know people, so please do stay if you are able.
What about children?
We have a small but growing number of children, who play a key part in our church life. Children's activities are available every week. Please don't worry about your children being noisy or disruptive - we'd love to see them! All our children's workers hold current DBS certificates and attend regular safeguarding training.
Do I have to dress up?
You don't need to bring anything or wear anything special - just come as you are! All are very welcome - we would love to see you!
